1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Training Courses platform (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Training Courses provides an online food safety certification course. The Service includes access to course materials, an assessment, a downloadable certificate upon passing, resume generation, and distribution of your resume to our employer network.
3. Payment and Pricing
The course is available for a one-time payment of $59 AUD. This payment grants you access to the full course, unlimited retakes, certificate generation, resume creation, and employer outreach services. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect existing purchases.
4. Course and Certification
The Food Safety Certificate issued by Training Courses is aligned with FSANZ (Food Standards Australia New Zealand) Food Safety Standards. A score of 80% or higher on the assessment is required to receive the certificate. You may retake the assessment an unlimited number of times.
5. Resume and Employer Services
Upon passing the assessment, we will generate a professional resume on your behalf and distribute it to employers in our network. We do not guarantee employment. Employers may contact you directly based on their hiring needs.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once the course has been accessed. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from completing the course, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue.
8. Limitation of Liability
Training Courses is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
